After graduating from the Chicago School of Violin Making, Scott worked at the shop of the renowned violin maker Carl Becker, repairing and restoring some of the finest instruments in Chicago. Between 2003 and 2012, he worked at Applebaum Violin Shop and David T. Stone Violins.
