They taught me how to select all the ingredients for cooking, which ones were good, and which one had better quality and were fresh. In each season, the vegetables, fruits, herbs, and fish are different. They taught me how to cook food based on seasonal materials to make delicious meals. Cooking is a continuous learning process, nonstop. I was an assistant in the kitchen to prepare the ingredients.
