Alexander Goulden

Mr. Goulden is a distinguished professional with a wealth of experience in the financial industry, currently serving as a Trustee of the Silver Thatch Pension Plan. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated excellence and leadership in various key roles. As the Managing Partner at Bellecapital, Alexander has played a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing strategic initiatives, contributing to the firm's success in the competitive financial landscape. Prior to his role at Bellecapital, he held key positions such as Branch Manager at LOM Financial Cayman, Vice President at MaplesFS, and Regional Branch Manager, International Investment Advisory at Scotiabank & Trust (Cayman). Dominion Securities (Global) Limited. Alexander completed a Master of Science in International Securities, Investments and Banking from the University of Reading in 1998 and an BA (Hons) with majors in Economics and Biology from Acadia University, Nova Scotia, Canada. Alex holds professional designations from the Canadian Securities Institute, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and an Accredited Director designation from the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Canada. Alexander continues to serves as a non executive director to a wide range of alternative investment funds on a selective basis.

Mr. Bobby Paul

Mr. Paul, a seasoned executive with two decades of experience in the global fund and banking industry, has made significant contributions across various US and Caribbean locations, including New York and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Paul is now the Chief Operating Officer of DMS Organization LTD. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003, Bobby embarked on his career journey. He initially joined a thriving multi-strategy, multi-billion-dollar hedge fund in Greenwich, CT. In 2004, he relocated to the Cayman Islands, where he spearheaded the Loan Operations group at Butterfield Bank's Credit Risk Management department. Bobby's career took him back to New York in 2008, where he played a key role in a global macro hedge fund. Transitioning to Highbridge Capital Management in 2010, he assumed the position of Vice President of Derivative Operations, focusing on the strategic implementation of operational frameworks and systems to meet global regulatory reform requirements. In 2014, Bobby made his mark in Louisville, Kentucky, taking on the role of Head of Operations - Americas at First State Investments, a prominent Australian-based global asset manager. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in supporting the company's expansion in the Americas and successfully launched the company's inaugural US mutual fund. Dedicated to continual growth, Bobby pursued higher education, earning an M.B.A from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2018. In November 2019, his professional journey brought him back to the Cayman Islands, where he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Dart Management Services Limited. Bobby's focus and for growth and passion for family offices led him to current role at DMS Organization Ltd; in this role, he continues to showcase his exceptional leadership and operational acumen within the dynamic landscape of the financial industry.

Mr. Daniel Santiago

Mr. Santiago has been a Trustee of the Silver Thatch Pensions Fund since 2020. He has spent his entire professional career in the financial services industry, working alongside some of world's largest professional asset managers and financial institutions. Currently, Mr. Santiago is a Partner at Harmonic Fund Services where he contributes to various facets of the organization, including business development, client relationship management and the implementation of strategic technology initiatives. Having been with Harmonic since the firm's inception in 2003, he has extensive experience in the area of investment fund accounting, operations, technology, reporting and the regulatory landscape. Prior to joining Harmonic, he worked at Arthur Andersen and Goldman Sachs in New York, as well as Deloitte in the Cayman Islands. He is a certified accountant (CPA - New York, inactive) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Mr. Santiago earned his BBA/MBA in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.

Mr. Richard G. Saxton

Mr. Richard G. Saxton is a Trustee of the Silver Thatch Pensions Plan. Mr. Saxton is currently employed as Comptroller of Arch and Godfrey (Cayman) Limited, a position he has held since 1994. Arch and Godfrey has established itself as a leader in the Cayman Islands construction industry since 1972. Prior to joining Arch and Godfrey, Mr. Saxton had been employed in senior accounting and financial roles with various construction and engineering companies in the United States. Mr. Saxton is a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association. He is also an elder and Chair of the Finance Committee of John Gray Memorial Church. He is also a member of the National Trust of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. Mr. Saxton obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New York University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from Seton Hall University. Mr. Saxton has served as a Trustee of the Silver Thatch Pensions Plan since 2000.

Mr. Scott Macdonald

Mr. Macdonald is global head of Maples and Calder's Finance team and is based in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Macdonald's dedication and expertise led to his election as a partner in 2012. With a distinguished career, Mr. Macdonald has gained valuable experience from renowned institutions. Prior to his role at Maples and Calder, he contributed his skills to Deutsche Bank in the Cayman Islands, Hogan Lovells LLP in London, Tite & Lewis (part of Ernst & Young) in London, and Morton Fraser in Edinburgh. Recognized for his extensive experience, Mr. Macdonald has been acknowledged by IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer, a ‘Leading Individual' by Legal 500 and ranked by Chambers Global. Before embarking on his legal journey, he served as a police officer with the Northumbria Police Force in the UK. Mr. Macdonald holds a combination of qualifications, including BAcc (Hons) in Finance and LLB degrees, along with the Legal Practice Diploma from the University of Dundee. He was admitted as (i) a solicitor in Scotland in 2001 (not practising); (ii) a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002 (not practising); and (iii) as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2005. Mr. Macdonald is a proud member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. His multifaceted background and commitment to excellence make him a respected figure within the legal landscape.

Mrs. Jenni Huys

Ms. Letitia T. Lawrence is a Trustee of the Silver Thatch Pensions Fund. Ms. Lawrence is the Vice-President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of Caribbean Utilities Co. Ltd. (CUC). CUC is the sole electricity provider for Grand Cayman and a listed issuer on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Having been employed with CUC since 2000, Ms. Lawrence served as Manager for the Financial Services at CUC before being appointed to her current position in August of 2007. Ms. Lawrence holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tampa in 1997, following which she worked for two years in the Cayman Islands' Auditor General's Office. In 1998 she was awarded a CPA qualification. Ms. Lawrence is a member of the Board of Directors for DataLink, Ltd., CUC's wholly-owned subsidiary; that is licensed by the Cayman Islands Information and Communications Technology Authority to provide fibre optic infrastructure and other information and communication technology (ICT) services to the ICT industry. She is also a member of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission (JLSC) of the Cayman Islands. Ms. Lawrence is a member of the Lions Club of Grand Cayman where she currently serves as the Chairperson of the Social Services Committee.
