Andrew Stevens

Job Titles:
  • Development Manager
Andrew Stevens joined Silverstone Developments in 2017, bringing 12 years of development management experience across commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial asset classes. Prior to joining Silverstone, Andrew gained experience at Stockland, Graystone and most recently as Development Manager on the Howard Smith Wharves redevelopment. This experience has provided Andrew the ability to efficiently and effectively manage developments from conception to completion. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Built Environment in Architecture and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics.

Caroline Daffy

Job Titles:
  • Communications Manager
Caroline is the Communications Manager and is responsible for the company's marketing and public relations. Previously Caroline worked in corporate communications for BOQ and Commonwealth Bank. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from QUT.

Darren Lucey

Job Titles:
  • Construction Manager
Darren has been involved in Residential, Industrial and Commercial construction in QLD, NSW and overseas for more than 25 years. With his formal qualifications and industry experience, Darren's role as Construction Manager sees him direct and coordinate the business' construction operations. Darren has unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the construction industry, including project and design management, contract management and significant experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and projects with a hands-on approach to every project.

Francois Potgieter - CFO

  • CFO and Is Responsible for the Financial Well
Francois joined Silverstone in October 2014 as CFO and is responsible for the financial well-being of Silverstone. Prior to joining Silverstone, Francois gained valuable experience working at Flight Centre Limited, Ernst & Young and PwC Australia. Francois is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants. Francois manages Silverstone's banking, financial reporting and day to day finances as well as overseeing the accounting staff. He has developed a very strong understanding of the development industry.

Luke O'Dwyer

Job Titles:
  • Development Manager
Luke O'Dwyer has been with Silverstone Developments since its inception. He started his career in site acquisitions with McDonald's Australia and quickly moved into development management. His time was split between managing people across the business and the delivery of developments which has provided him a comprehensive understanding of the development process from design through to delivery.

Matthew Simpson

Job Titles:
  • Development Manager
Matthew Simpson is responsible for project design and delivery. He has over 10 years of experience in the building and architectural design industry. Prior to joining Silverstone, Matthew worked with Blackwatch Projects delivering diverse projects from multi-residential through to large scale commercial. Matthew has a double Masters degree in Valuation and Property Development / Project Management. He also holds a combined Bachelor of Architectural Design and Bachelor of Construction Management.

Troy Daffy - Managing Director

Managing Director Troy Daffy has more than 20 years of construction, project management and property development experience. In addition to being one of the founders of Silverstone Developments and Managing Director, Troy spent more than 10 years as Managing Director of Blackwatch Projects, one of Brisbane's leading design and construct building companies. Prior to founding Blackwatch Projects, Troy managed design and project management for leading construction and property companies in Queensland. Troy has an unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the development and construction industry. Troy's business management has enabled Silverstone Developments to quickly establish itself as a serious market player in the development space in which it operates.

Wade Fraser

Job Titles:

Wade Fraser brings 7 years of experience to a range of disciplines and asset classes within the business. Prior to joining Silverstone, Wade held roles as a property analyst at m3 Property and Urbis, where he specialised in advisory on commercial, special use and development assets. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development.
