SILICON R&D

Silicon R&D was established in September 2009, based on accumulated RFIC and RF module technologies. We have been developing a variety of RFIC and RF Module for the military and commercial applications. Currently, reliable UWB sensor RF SoC and sensor module were successfully developed and released commercially. FMCW radar sensor SoC has been also developed for providing reliable radar sensor solutions. We have various products for detection and security radar sensors, and also essential IC and module parts for the defense apllications. In the field of RF modules, Internally Matched Power Transistor (IMFET) products based on the GaN transistor device are released recently, and products for various power and frequency bands are also under development. To help the customer's successful development and business, we are ready to provide the full technical service for our customer.
