Aaron Wilson, MD, was named chief medical officer at Sonora Behavioral Health in 2019. Dr. Wilson focuses on quality of care, medical team relations, the patient experience, and growth at Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital. He has extensive clinical experience in behavioral health and treatment program development and previously served as medical director of Archways Recovery Centers in Mesa and medical director of Valley Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix.
With an extensive background in helping those who have experienced trauma, combined with his childhood in which he grew up with a father who served as an Army orthopedic trauma surgeon, he was well prepared when recruited to head up the Unit, created specifically to address the specific mental health needs of military service members and first responders. During his tenure, Dr. Wilson worked closely with active-duty personnel, veterans, retired military, police officers, firefighters, border patrol agents, Department of Corrections staff, and EMTs with a high acuity of mental illness.
Currently, he is an active member of the mental health community in Arizona, serving as president of the Arizona Psychiatric Society from 2017-2018 and as chairman of the Arizona Disaster Psychiatry Task Force. He is also a co-founder of the Arizona Inter-Professional Behavioral Health Collaborative. In his role as chief medical officer, he is eager to champion the quest for hope and change for those suffering from behavioral health issues, and is leading efforts to work with the University of Arizona Department of Psychiatry and Center of Integrative Medicine in a collaboration to share knowledge and best practices to influence future behavioral health caregivers.

Bradley Dolman is the Food Service Manager for Sonora Behavioral Health. He has been in the food service industry for 20 years. He has worked in various roles and in varied environments ranging from corporate to private facilities. His passion for cooking and helping others led him to working in the healthcare field. Brad's career in culinary began washing dishes for a mom-and-pop pizza place while pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. He continued on to Portland, Oregon where he attended the Western Culinary Institute and worked at the Nike World Headquarters in the dining facilities serving Nike employees and sports celebrities. After moving to Arizona, Brad has been a Chef at country clubs and in assisted living before finding Sonora. Brad loves spending time with his family, rooting for the Seahawks and exploring all things culinary.
My name is Carol Brown. I am the manager of both Medical Records and the Front Desk Receptionist here at Sonora Behavioral Health. Some of my daily duties are; ensuring that clients discharged files have been completed by nursing, social services and providers, fulfilling records request, various audits, performing data entry for Quality Performer and CMS, along with verifying patient data is correctly entered with the state. Overseeing that our outpatient client records are properly processed. I have been with Sonora Behavioral Health for almost 7 years, I enjoy working here at Sonora, as it has become a second family. I am glad to see the services we provide our clients can make a change in their lives.. Prior to Sonora, I worked for 20 years in Home Health with duties including; everything from Office Manager, HR, Scheduling nurses/aides for client visits, typing clients Plan of Care and send to PCP, keeping clients medical records organized. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and hiking.

Debbie graduated from the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy, in 2012. She has served as the Pharmacy Director at Sonora Behavioral Health for over 5 years. With this role, she enjoys precepting pharmacy students about the importance of mental health. Debbie is passionate about her opportunity to educate and mentor future pharmacists. Prior to pharmacy, she received a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish Literature. She was able to study abroad in Spain and Costa Rica. Debbie and her husband, Chris, have identical twins, Hailey and Natalie, and another daughter, Abby. They enjoy swimming and exploring the outdoors as a family in Northwest Tucson.
Evelyne Lopez serves as Sonora Behavioral Health's Risk Coordinator. Evelyne is most passionate about patient care and patient safety. She seeks to provide the best quality service and safety excellence for all. While bettering patient experience, improving employee experience, and fostering community relationships.

Greer is a passionate behavioral healthcare leader with over 11 years experience in social services and mental healthcare settings. Greer attained a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University; and spoke on behalf of the Advanced Standing graduating class. Greer is independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.
Greer has held several behavioral health positions in freestanding psychiatric settings including Clinician, Clinical Director, Performance Improvement/Risk/Quality Director, and Chief Operations Officer prior to her current position as CEO at Sonora Behavioral Health.
Greer is originally from North Carolina and relocated to join the Sonora Family in 2020. Greer resides in Tucson with her fiancé, two daughters, their cat, and French bulldog, Hank.
Joe earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Manhattan College as well as a CPA licensure through State of NY. Since graduating college, Joe has worked in the healthcare finance field for 12+ years with experience in the acute care setting and behavioral health. Prior to joining Sonora in 2021, Joe worked as a Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant in the acute care setting in South Jersey. Then, made the transition to behavioral health through a CFO Training program in Boston. After completion of the training, Joe worked in as a CFO for a behavioral health facility in North Jersey for 3+ years. Joe joined the Sonora leadership team in April 2021.

Nicole Padilla is the director of utilization management for Sonora Behavioral Health. Nicole brings 18 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice administration and a minor in psychology from Delaware Valley College. Nicole has been with Sonora Behavioral Health for more than 15 years.

Victoria Chappell is the Director of ECT Services for Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital. Victoria brings 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Victoria has a wide variety of experience working as a registered nurse since 2014: spanning from the adolescence to the geriatric population. She has been a dedicated team member of our ECT department since 2018.
