Gregory Gapare

Building on a distinguished corporate career that started at TelOne Zimbabwe, to managing brands in the Banking sector, Motor industry and Construction sector. Gregory has purposefully committed his life to create and building competitive brand-led businesses. His role is to help brands navigate this ever-changing world, to remain focused and anticipate the market changes that the future will bring, identify their propositions and translate those into meaningful expressions across the entire organisation.

Joseph Amos

Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has in-depth knowledge of construction process for both civil engineering and building projects. His experience provides a huge difference in the mix. Joseph has the ability to plan, implement, guide, control and evaluate the construction cycle of complex projects from the perspective of both work based activities and cost based activities.

Philani Ndlovu - Managing Director

Philani is a Civil Engineer who also has a Masters in Real Estate Property Development' & Investment from the University of Pretoria. He has 26 years of post-graduate experience working for multinational companies across the continent of Africa. His international experience has molded him into a discerning professional. Philani leads the team at Southland, both commercially and technically. Philani is the current Chairman for the BancABC Asset Management Board. He is positioning Southland to respond to the continent's infrastructure needs . Ndlovu has been a columnist for two Zimbabwean newspaper; firstly the Sunday News penning a column styled 'At the Workplace with Bhekilizwe Bernard Ndlovu and currently with The Standard, the name of the column being 'Re-imagining the Workplace.' He has keen interests in scientific research, currently doing a PhD with Wits University where he explores violence in SA workplace strikes.

Richard Chakweya - COO
