Ranch properties in these RMW states boast the highest concentration of desirable trophy sporting ranch attributes including; stunning beauty, gold medal fisheries and proximity to amenities. Trophy sporting ranch buyers have historically focused on the RMW creating consistent demand. The Fund intends to acquire 15 to 20 properties ranging in size from 200 to 1,000 acres. The Fund intends to invest $2 to $8 million in each property believing demand is greatest for properties such as these.
