SPRINGFIELD ACADEMY

Our school uses a variety of books and materials. In methodology we are influenced by the traditional classical liberal arts as taught by St. Ignatius, Charlotte Mason, and Maria Montessori. Christian studies through stories, scriptures, poetry, and song takes first precedence in our study. Basic skills are also of high importance and taught formally and informally. Yet we provide opportunity for children to choose their own activities and learn through play and independent study...
