David Bernard

David Bernard was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. David Bernard began working professionally in information technology at the young age of 23 years old. He took a position at a private healthcare clinic as an apprentice to the Information Technology Director. Over a year and a half in this position, David was promoted to assistant director, director, and eventually the Chief Information Officer. David traveled all over the United States, setting up new offices and managing others remotely on his own. David later accepted a position with a major plastic surgery practice in Brentwood, TN and a satellite office in Germantown, TN. This practice was brand new at the time, and at the end of the first year was earning several million dollars in revenue. During the time at the practice, he worked closely with multimedia vendors, where he began to learn the foundation for digital marketing. He would assist with commercial creation, ad spends, commercial placement, and conversion tracking. David joined Strategic Online Marketing in 2017 after spending the 2 years prior working with Wendy Taylor on a joint project through a mutual friend. David's specialties are website design and modifications, social media advertising, PPC and SEO. David is a certified Google Partner.

Wendy Taylor, owner and president of Strategic Online Marketing started her agency in 2010. After years of working with business owners to help them understand their website and how it can help their business she realized the need for business owners to hire an outside agency to manage their digital marketing efforts. Business owners are busy running their business. Digital marketing is time consuming and a very necessary component to a solid marketing portfolio. Strategic Online Marketing has been wildly successful over the years in consulting with business owners in a variety of industries to help them with their online presence. Wendy Taylor with Strategic Online Marketing has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing. Throughout her career she has worked in the travel, educational and broadcast industries to grow an online presence, revenue, and customer base for companies. Wendy's digital marketing experience started in 1997 when she graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with her B.S. in Business Administration and her B.A. in Communication. In 2002, Wendy earned her M.B.A. from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida. Her concentration was in Marketing and E-Commerce. Wendy is experienced in growing a company's online presence using e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, social media, reputation management and search engine marketing. Prior to starting Strategic Online Marketing in 2010 she worked for Southwest Airlines Vacations, both Cox Radio and CBS Radio in the Orlando, Florida market and the Lake County Florida School Board. Wendy's experiences in the broadcast industry includes both television and radio. She has worked for CNN in Atlanta, GA. She has also worked for NBC and ABC television affiliates in Upstate New York. Her radio experience with both CBS Radio and Cox Radio in Orlando, Florida afforded her the opportunity to work with radio stations including Mix 105.1, Sunny 105.9, 102 Jamz, K92FM, AM580 WDBO, 98.9 WMMO, 96.5 WHTQ, Star 94FM and Power 95.3. Wendy has worked as an adjunct professor at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida where she has taught sales and marketing classes to undergraduate students. She has also done guest lecturing at Rollins College, the University of Central Florida. Wendy is an active member in the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce where she is an ambassador. She also volunteers on advisory boards for the Small Business Development Center. In between working with clients and shuttling her kids and their horses to rodeo she also is a guest columnist for the Orlando Business Journal where she writes about all facets of online marketing. Wendy has a passion for helping her clients increase their visibility and conversions.
