Toon Doctor is home of the world's best Flash animators. We are certified Macromedia Flash designers who specialize in cartoon animation. Drawing from our passion and expertise, we create incredible productivity tools to help you learn and create with Macromedia Flash as quickly and as easy as possible... Toon Doctor is my personal company. It was officially incorporated on March 14 2002, but started in September 2001. At first, an animation studio only, through experimenting and overlap with other projects, I've gotten hooked on doing Web projects and mobile apps. I'm great at solving problems and imagining new ways to do things... Founded in 2002 by president Hervé St-Louis, Toon Doctor ® is located in Calgary, Canada. and also operates The Comic Book Bin, a successful online comic book news site.
