As the Chief Marketing Officer, April Pochmara handles the marketing as well as the "business side of things" for Jake Ryan Landscape Group. Growing up, her mother and uncle ran a successful construction company, so she is no stranger to the contracting industry. She has always loved being involved in the trades, customer interaction and sharing in the pride of her crew's finished works.

With more than 30 years of landscaping knowledge, Paul Pochmara is a vastly skilled, accomplished, and self-motivated professional in the outdoor trade industry. His clients love him, his crews respect him and his reputation precedes him as a trustworthy guy to work with. Currently, Pochmara's efforts are geared towards cultivating relationships by securing and managing accounts, overseeing operations, and supporting contractors in the group as well as creating design plans for sustainable landscape areas. Cheerfully serving in his personal time, Pochmara is a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America, a youth group assistant at St Patrick's Catholic Church, a "Papa Owl" at his son's elementary school and a basketball coach at the YMCA and Huron Valley Recreation.
