Elder Judy Gingell of Kwanlin Dun First Nation has dedicated much of her life to advancing Aboriginal rights and governance in Yukon. Renowned for her leadership in First Nation politics, she has tirelessly advocated for Indigenous communities and broader society.
Honoured with the Order of Canada in 2013, Gingell's dedication continues as she advises the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Council and also serves as interim Chair for the Northern Native Broadcasting Society.

Trevor has been an executive with Employment & Social Development Canada W-T Region since September 2022 and is currently the Citizen Services Area Director for Northwest Territories and Yukon, based in Whitehorse.
He has been with the federal government since joining Canada Border Services Agency in 1993. Over that time, he has held positions in various locations in British Columbia and the Yukon, which includes 18 years as a Chief of Operations. Some career highlights include being the operations lead on the Asian Pacific Gateway Project in Prince Rupert, BC, as well as the operations lead on the development and deployment of the Mobile Enforcement Team in Victoria, BC. Prior to joining ESDC, he completed a 10-month secondment with Indigenous Services Canada, First Nations & Inuit Health Branch, in their COVID National Emergency Operations Centre.
