Barry J. Kessler - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Kessler, an attorney and CPA, spent his initial working years serving Fortune 100 companies, Wall Street law firms and international accounting firms. Over the past 15 years, he has made his mark as a successful executive, entrepreneur & product innovator in prepaid debit sector. Mr. Kessler brings to Prepaid Resources a vision and leadership shaped by his vision and experiences. In 1998, Mr. Kessler innovated a retail-access direct deposit account with attached credit line and early funds availability. He sold the business to Republic Bank of Kentucky in 2003. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Kessler led the general purpose re-loadable solutions group for TSYS Prepaid, a worldwide leader in transaction processing. In his capacity, Mr. Kessler devised and executed vertical strategy with particular emphasis on the underserved market. He provided expertise on product, component and distribution channel development; identified targeted program opportunities; and devised and launched client programs. Through his tenure at Clarity/TSYS, Mr. Kessler played a key role in launching many of today's leading card solutions, serving clients such as Green Dot, MoneyGram, Rushcard and WalMart. In 2007, he formed Prepaid Resources, a leading provider of referral opportunities and middleware applications to prepaid program managers. Clients served by Prepaid Resources include AccountNow, Blackhawk, Excella Card, Insight Card, Jackson Hewitt, JPay, Meta Bank, NexisCard, NetSpend , Western Union, among others. He earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School.

Duane Jacobsen - COO, President

Mr. Jacobsen brings 33 years of executive management, operations, product development, sales, marketing and financial experience; 19 of which are in the branded network prepaid debit card and credit card industry with American Express, Total Systems Services (TSYS) and Prepaid Resources. As a seasoned prepaid debit card, credit card & travel industry professional, Mr. Jacobsen manages with a customer focused team leadership style that harnesses the technical insight necessary to drive a dynamic Fortune 500 organization or the early stage functions of a start-up. Mr. Jacobsen's considerable talents in driving change and improving efficiencies have resulted in several Patents (US, Canada and International) including co-inventor of TicketTRAX for America Express. He led the development of the first real-time web services prepaid debit card reloading network with MoneyGram International. As COO for Prepaid Resources, Mr. Jacobsen managed the creation and implementation of the award-winning Direct Deposit Manager™ application now owned and operated by Trefoil. As Vice President - Product Development for TSYS, Mr. Jacobsen lead several cross functional teams responsible for the card platform functionality management, new prepaid card products and processing component development through issuing banks and card program sponsors and marketers for clients such as WalMart, Rushcard, MoneyGram and Green Dot. During his 10-year tenure at American Express, Mr. Jacobsen served as Director of Global Product Distribution, Director of Interactive Online Product Development, Director of Interactive Professional Services and Senior Manager of Interactive implementation Services. Mr. Jacobsen attended Rutgers University and received his BS in Accounting & Finance and attended The Wharton School in a special EMBA class program with American Express. Mr. Jacobsen is a licensed accountant in the State of NJ and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Michael Daveler

Mr. Daveler is a visionary, goal-oriented Senior IT Security Executive with a 30-year managerial, security and technical background, and possesses a unique combination of deep security and IT management and technical experience in planning, developing and implementing information technology and security solutions to address business and strategic needs. As a Chief Information/Security Officer (CIO/CISO), Mr. Daveler is responsible for the overall direction of all security associated with Information Technology applications, data, communications, computing services, protection services and privacy of the corporation and its clients. He also works closely with company executives in areas related to cyber attacks, loss prevention and fraud prevention, and privacy. Prior to his involvement with Trefoil, Mr. Daveler was the CIO/CISO for five large companies, including Prepaid Resources. In addition to being responsible for strategic planning and the day-to-day operations and security for multi-platform computer and telecommunications systems, he led efforts to attain PCI compliance, directed the security efforts in developing an Internet-based electronic wallet product for a major credit card provider, and conducted numerous vulnerability assessments and audits, as well as led incident handing and forensic examinations of possible compromised systems. AAs a leader and mentor, Mr. Daveler was instrumental in assisting in the technology and security curriculum development for Lockheed Martin's IT apprenticeship program, and continues to instruct security and information technology courses for them on an on-going basis. He also developed a computer curriculum for Villanova University's ABA-approved paralegal school, and taught the course for over ten years. Additionally, for eleven years, Mr. Daveler worked with various major law firms to develop computerized systems for tracking complex litigation cases, and served as a head litigation paralegal, organizing and managing documents and electronic discovery efforts in preparation for some of the largest cases in the USA. Mr. Daveler holds a B.A. in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a SANS-certified GIAC GPEN (penetration tester), a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and certified in Security+.

Steve A. Williams - CTO

With over 23 years of proven experience, Mr. Williams has developed and managed hundreds of creative design and technical projects for companies like Morgan Stanley, Sony, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Cingular, Abbott Laboratories, Cisco Systems, MoneyGram, Starbucks, Dewalt, Mattel, and Elvis Presley Enterprises, as well as other similar entities. Mr. Williams has served as CTO for Prepaid Resources since its inception in 2007. As CTO, Mr. Williams managed the creative and technical development of the award-winning Direct Deposit Manager™ application now owned and operated by Trefoil. Prior thereto, Mr. Williams spent three years as the Production Manager for TSYS Prepaid, heading up the company's daily card production, card program design & development, and materials management; he also managed the third-party vendor relationships for production & fulfillment processes. Prior to TSYS Prepaid, Mr. WIlliams served as Design and Content Manager, Database Developer and Senior Web Developer at the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, where he successfully developed the content and visual business presentations for the division's multi-billion dollar portfolio, and helped implement Morgan Stanley's OneLook™ web branding initiative. Mr. Williams has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems with major disciplines in Online Media and Web Development Technologies.
