Our highly qualified and experienced trainers are well-versed in both mat and machine based sessions, which provide an even more dynamic workout... That we are an exclusive fully equipped one on one training studio. We offer private and duet sessions on equipment , and small group mat classes. Our group classes are limited to 6 people per class so booking is essential... We take great pride in our ability to assist in the rehabilitation of injury through our one-on-one sessions and receive numerous recommendations from GP's, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. We also have a Chiropractor on site for your convenience.
