Adam is a proactive Director, with experience managing a variety of construction teams and projects. He specializes in creating effective communication between personnel, general contractors, and the management team, and managing the installation and operation of energy-efficient airflow controls.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Art's responsibilities include managing projects and coordinating schedules for our technicians. He supervises project personnel daily and budgets time requirements to meet deadlines. Art determines and manages project priorities, oversees project inspections and monitors any necessary building regulations.
Elena Zaretsky holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from Albany Law School in Albany, New York. Ms. Zaretsky has spent the majority of her career as an investment banker working in municipal finance, recently leaving HilltopSecurities, Inc. in her role as Director, Public Finance and joining Zaretsky Engineering Solutions as President & CFO. In her public finance career, Ms. Zaretsky worked with Cities, Counties, School District and Higher Education Institutions, Special Districts and 501(c)3 organizations assisting them with their Capital Planning, Budgeting and Debt Issuance. She has expertise in developing and implementing long-term financing strategies for public entities and working with facilities and finance staff to bridge financing and construction gaps.
Roman is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, with 25 years of experience in HVAC Consulting, Construction Administration, and Building Systems Commissioning.
Roman is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, with over 40 years of diverse experience in engineering, construction, construction management, project control, business planning, supervision, design, field engineering, start-up, commissioning, testing and balancing of environmental control systems, building controls, fire protection, piping and related systems for petrochemical, industrial, governmental, research, and commercial facilities both in the United States and overseas.
With nearly 15 years of experience, Ryan is our superintendent for Testing, Adjusting and Balance of environmental systems for commercial, educational, institutional, and military facilities. Working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems as well as various DDC systems.
