Tim is our Director in charge of the Private Client Department dealing with Wills and Probate, Legal Care of the Elderly (including looking after people's affairs under both Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney), Court of Protection work, legal and mental capacity issues, as well as advising on Asset Protection and Inheritance Tax planning and on matters such as Long Term Care funding issues. Tim started his legal career as a Legal Executive in 1993 and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Prior to joining the practice he worked in Local Government in the legal department.
