Graham leads strategic business direction and innovation, and oversees all operational and delivery functions. He has developed a strong vision andvalues for the business through which he drives employee engagement and internal business culture. Graham directly manages the senior team and leads the implementation of new business ventures, such as overseas expansion and diversification of services.
Achievements
Through the generation of strong profits since inception, Graham has grown Boston Hale from a start-up to a headcount of 35 in 5 years. He has expanded the business into new regions and new vertical markets, and achieved industry recognition for our work as a finalist and winner of several major industry awards.
