Clive is a retired Chemical Engineer and design safety specialist. He worked as a consultant for most of his career, wandering the world advising on the safety of process plant design. He was the author of several design safety guides, ran training courses and towards the end of his career, taught at university.

Jenny is a university lecturer in law. She moved to Colwall in 2021 and immediately joined COG. She has a deep love of the outdoors and a keen interest in protecting and restoring the natural environment. Jenny volunteered for the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust prior to moving to Colwall and now volunteers with COG whenever she can, fitting this around her work and family life.

Jilly moved to Colwall in 2019 and became a trustee of COG shortly afterwards. Her previous home was at Canon Frome Court, a farming community half an hour west of Colwall.

Lindsay is a retired mixed-practice veterinarian and long-time farmer. Having worked in Australia for 20 years he sold his veterinary practice and farm moving to Colwall in 2013.
Lindsay is the site manager of COG's Lugg's Mill Orchard and is particularly interested in the wildlife value of orchards, as well as creating wildflower meadows in COG orchards and at Brookmead.
Pam joined the board of trustees in 2017. She has been involved in voluntary sector for a number of years, particularly concerned with improving the environment. She was a board member and orchard volunteer (representing COG) on the Three Counties Traditional Orchard Project (TCTOP) from 2014-18. Before moving to the Malvern Hills area,
