MJ Children's Services have been providing quality targeted work with young people since 1999. By choosing to operate in a small environment we have given ourselves the opportunity to make a real difference in young lives... Our approach to the residential care task is person centred, we acknowledge that the young person is the "expert" when it comes to living in a children's home and that any staff that work at MJ need to be both positive towards and interested in young people and committed towards the protection and promotion of young people... We are committed to the fact that young people have a right to enjoy being young with all the ups and downs, happiness and tears that go with it.
