I graduated from Rancho High School in 1966, and attended and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in internaitonal relations, in 1971. At that time I was also a medic in the USAF Reserve stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. I have been a Broker-Salesman in Las Vegas specializing in land and commercial and custom home sales on acreage , since 1974. I have helped many people deal with land acquisition, rezoning and master planning their parcels, and sales and 1031 tax deferred sales to preserve their investments.
