Ali Borhani

He is best known for his innovative strategies and his active role in executing them to deliver on their objectives. He has joined 3Sxity Capital to accelerate the growth, enhance business services and diversify the client portfolio of the firm. Prior to joining 3Sixty Capital Ali was the Founder and CEO of Incubeemea a management consulting and strategic advisory firm based in Dubai where he provided incisive strategic advice to clients that include J&J, GlaxoSmithKline, Emaar, Colgate Palmolive, BiC, Lindt and CSL. Ali also has a unique talent in being able to bring people together and nurture long-lasting relationships that help transform opportunities into meaningful value. Throughout his career he has developed a unique set of expertise geared for leading global and regional conglomerates which include: Market Entry, Sales & Distribution Business Development & Growth Acceleration Strategic Alliances & Deal Structuring C-Level Counsel & Advice on Socio-Cultural Intricacies of the Region He was previously the Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at Bosch Siemens in MEA, where he guided the strategic direction of the distributor network in 25 countries. Before that, he was the Regional Sales Manager for Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and its Business Excellence Manager. There, Ali grew sales by 45% in less than three years and built a solid distributor network that has allowed the business to continue growing ever since. He also worked in e-commerce and consulting in Canada. Ali mentors budding entrepreneurs in the Middle East and also has worked with a number of not-for profit causes, public private partnerships and organisations, such as Mowgli Mentoring and Gavi - The Vaccine Alliance. He sits on the board of companies with operational services and activities in the MEA region, and regularly speaks at different industry events. He is often quoted in local and international publications, and these include Trend MENA, Gulf Business, and Esquire magazine, Monocle and The Wall Street Journal.

Kathleen Bury

Kathleen Bury is 3sixty Capital's Business Investments Manager and holds a BA Hons Business degree from the Nottingham Trent Business School, UK. She has undertaken a number of Executive Education programs in Columbia Business School, NYU, Wharton University, Harvard Business School (EO Grow) and INSEAD Business School and trained as a Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Having worked in the UK, Middle East, North Africa, Asia and East Africa, Kathleen has over 17 years of experience spanning profit and not for profit management, strategy development, project management, business development, consulting, research/market analysis, marketing/communications, knowledge management, process design, family business and start up/entrepreneurship. She is also an author of leadership and entrepreneurship focused articles within leading international magazines and online communities. Within 3sixty Capital, Kathleen is responsible for the management of investment interests as well as the sourcing and assessment of new investment opportunities that are in line with the 3sixty Capital investment mandate. In addition, Kathleen is also the Chief Executive Officer of Mowgli Mentoring and during her time working within and at the helm of Mowgli, Kathleen has led the team to double in size, win 3 major awards for employment generation (impact), mentoring program quality and mentor network in the Arab Region, as well as expand into Sub Saharan Africa; enabling Mowgli to considerably increase its reach, impact and sustainability. Kathleen the President of EO Kenya, ex Board and and founding member of the Entrepreneur Organisation (EO) Kenya chapter, a member of the Global Philanthropists Circle, a public speaker, a mentor and mentee and a proud foster mom of 5 elephants through the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya.

Niki Charalambous - Managing Director

Niki grew up in Zimbabwe, studied in South Africa and now lives in Cyprus. Her background encompasses over 25 years of professional experience in corporate governance, administration, operations, finance, human resources and compliance. Operating in the area of major project and contract acquisition necessitated a greater level of understanding of local and international requirements regarding compliance. Niki's role in this area required the enforcement and adherence to high ethical standards of business conduct and compliance with all laws and regulations. In addition, she gained a deep understanding of compliance, business processes and methodologies that are able protect both the company and its stakeholders, including employees and clients. Her role in human resources included aligning corporate strategy to people strategy and providing in-house expert advice regarding policy handling, translation and implementation, including areas such as employment laws, performance management systems, recruitment, remuneration, compensation and benefits. Within 3sixty Capital, Niki is responsible for managing financial sustainability and growth, and the day-to-day operations of all support functions. Ensuring that all board management and direction setting is in line with governance requirements, operational and financial management are in line with performance target requirements, and business operations are developed for future growth as well as delivering within their required performance objectives. In addition, she was appointed by the 3sixty Capital Board as Company Secretary where she is responsible for corporate governance, organising and administering Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and relevant statutory, legal and regulatory requirements. Niki is married and is a mother of two sons, aged 21 and 23. She enjoys spending her weekends in the tranquility of the mountains with close friends and family.

Tony Bury - Founder

Tony was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in Africa, UK and the Middle East from 1966. After completing his MBA from Manchester Business School in 1978, he moved to Qatar and acquired a specialization in developing businesses within the Middle East energy industry. Tony is a multicultural, international, business-developing serial entrepreneur who has started and grown a considerable number of start-up companies, both within and outside the Middle East. In 2009, he successfully sold a market intelligence business to the region's leading energy and construction related publishing house and orchestrated a Vendor Inspired Management Buyout (VIMBO) of the Business Development and Consultancy/Advisory business. Tony created a portfolio of minority shareholdings in operating businesses under 3sixty Capital to leverage these and making strategic investments in emerging markets, technology companies globally and supports social entrepreneurs with not only finance, but also time in the form of mentoring. It was with the importance of mentoring in mind that Tony established Mowgli Mentoring in 2008. Mowgli Mentoring is a Middle East and North Africa and UK focused mentoring not-for-profit foundation for entrepreneurs. Tony is married with one daughter, thoroughly enjoys sports, in particular rugby and golf, and currently lives between the UAE and UK. In 2018, Tony stepped down as Chairman, but remains available to provide advice and insight to both the management of 3Sixty Capital and its underlying operating businesses.
