David Ensign has a long history in the floor covering business. David began as an installer for Contractors Carpet and worked installing all types of flooring, commercial and residential for 3 years. He left the flooring business and went to work for his Uncle at his garage door business in San Luis Obispo for 4 years. Moved back to Fresno and started working for A & M Carpet in retail sales. David is now our commercial sales manager. David has more than 38 years of experience managing commercial jobs sites, along with sales and estimating. David's greatest accomplishment is his family. He's Married with 4 grown children and 7 grandsons. He enjoys outdoor activities and being with his dogs.

Jose has over 24 years of flooring experience, working at A&M Flooring since 2004. Having started in the flooring industry in 1996, Jose was owner and operator of Royal Restoration, a fire and water damage restoration facility. They specialize in the restoration of homes with fire, water or smoke damage. They offered a variety of services that include carpet and upholstery cleaning, orinetal rug washing, rug repair and tile cleaning and mold remediation. Jose also worked for Sears as a Field sales trainer in the flooring department at the San Francisco Office responsible for covering assigned pre-set sales appointments during scheduled appointment time frames. This included a full in-home product presentation to the consumer, utilizing the complete Ten Step Selling Plan in order to achieve required sit ratios and conversion percentages. Through a "Ride-Along" process demonstrate and train new Sales Representatives in effective sales methods that meet Sears procedures.
