In 2012, Aaron Builders was initially contracted by the new owners of The Surf Club to build a mock up of the Historical Cabanas at The Surf Club. Aaron Builders expanded work scope then provided historical bracing, structural steel roofing and specialty concrete services for the historical portions of the Surf Club and 2 new structures. As of 3rd Qtr 2017, Aaron Builders LLC is still hard at work on this project... Aaron Builders provided Structural Steel and Concrete Construction services for H&M in Miami Beach FL... Structural Steel and Concrete for a waterfront luxury home on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. Challenges included bridge restrictions, home owners association and Miami Beach City code restrictions and requirements. Aaron Builders worked closely with owners, governments and private organizations to accommodate all concerns to maintain project quality and time line requirements.
