Michael A. Wilson was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He attended both Pershing and Mackenzie High Schools. Michael graduated from Mackenzie High in 1974, excelling in Sports, most notably Football and Baseball. In 1976 he was selected in the Winter Professional Baseball Draft by the Detroit Tigers. Michael spent the next five years playing Minor League Pro Baseball with the Detroit Tigers, Seattle Mariners, and the San Luis Blue Jays in the Mexican league. After changing his permanent residency to Southern California in 1976, Michael continued to pursue his undergrad Education by achieving an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Long Beach C.C., and a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from the University of California at Riverside.
