ACTORS CONSORTIUM

Founded by Chi Muoi Lo in July of 2002, Actors Consortium is a not-for-profit, ethnically diverse group for working actors. It was created to provide it's members with a productive and nurturing environment to polish their craft and sharpen their skills. In the professional world it helps to have a support system in place where you can share lessons learned on the craft and the business of acting with other actors, the kind of lessons that are only learned by actually working. By structuring the class to simulate the stages of landing a role, analyzing the script and performing before the camera on a film or television project, members have the unique opportunity to build skills and confidence that can be applied in professional situations. We all need a safe place where we can challenge ourselves and dare to fail. That is what Actors Consortium provides.
