Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, Brittany's early dedication to the beauty industry began by learning advanced hair techniques at Regency Beauty Institute. Interest in the beauty industry started early in her life with her mother who owned and operated a salon.
Brittany really enjoys the community of the salon she grew up in. Everyone knows everyone by name even if you are around town. Brittany is a people person with a friendly spirit. She easily will make you comfortable and confident and feel just like part of her family. She has thrived in the fun, family setting of Alba for 8 years now. " Being a stylist is more than just hairdressing for me; it's building a relationship with people and uplifting them." Brittany specializes in healthy hair, color, cutting long layers, keratin treatments, styling for weddings, nail services, spray tanning and facial waxing.
Brittany is a director stylist at Alba Salon and Spa and also in charge of our nail department. Her outgoing personality makes her a perfect fit for the industry. She offers a wide range of skills and can be seen in the salon doing anything from hair & nail services to spray tans.
C J's career within the beauty industry started 9 years ago at Michael's College of Hair Design in Northern KY. Her inspiration has always been the people who make their way to her chair. She never anticipated becoming a cosmetologist, but she has always had a strong calling to work with people and to make sure they know they are loved. CJ loves that this industry allows so many opportunities to reach out and support others. She strives to create a safe and peaceful environment for all.
CJ has a broad range of interests and specialties within the hair world but has also spent a lot of time focusing on wedding hair. Her calm nature helps set brides at ease so they are able to enjoy their time making lifelong memories with friends and family. She has always been fond of men's cutting and at times she feels that is second nature. CJ enjoys the challenge of customizing color for every client based on their specific needs. She is also passionate about continuing education so that she is able to deliver the latest trends with confidence.
CJ's love for making people feel comfortable pushed her start in the industry 9 years ago. Throughout her time, she has found her love for customizing color for every client, bridal hair and men's cutting.
D iana's love for the industry started at a very young age. From barbie dolls to playing in her mom's makeup, she has always had a strong pull into the industry. When given the opportunity to finish high school early and go into hair school she jumped on it! It has now been over 10 years since she made her entrance into this world and couldn't be happier about her decision. She's originally from Strongsville, OH and moved to Cincinnati 9 years ago after meeting her husband, Grant. They have currently been married for just shy of four years. In 2018 they welcomed their first daughter, Scarlett and are currently due any day with their second baby girl. Scarlett is the highlight of Diana's day and she cannot wait to welcome their next little diva into the world.
Diana loves everything color and specializes in blondes, lived-in-color and hand-tied extensions. She loves making her clients feel comfortable while in her chair and wants everyone to leave feeling absolutely beautiful. Diana would love to see you in her chair and talk to you about anything from her/your kids, animals or Ohio State football.
Diana is our other amazing leader, she has over 10 years of experience and has spent 3 years at Alba before becoming co-owner in 2021. She is full of passion and loves what she does.
Diana, alongside Sarah, became the second owner of Alba Salon & Spa in 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry and loves everything about it. She specializes in lived-in -color, blondes, hand-tied extensions and spray tans.

T hroughout her whole life Jessica's passion has always been art and finding some way to be expressive. She and her family all knew very early on she wanted to be a cosmetologist; probably from all the Barbie dolls with mangled haircuts as a kid, or her poor sisters being her guinea pigs through high school. She graduated from Aveda Fredric's Institute in 2014 and shortly after joined the team at Alba where she's been successfully growing into the stylist she is today. You can count on her to be the first to want to learn about and try the latest trends (no matter how strange some of them may be). She's always up for a challenge and continuing her education. She loves when she can be innovative, and create unique, personalized cuts and colors for her clients. In the end her main goal is to always have her clients leave her chair feeling happy and confident about themselves. Outside of the salon, you can expect to find Jessica with her husband and son, either planning small trips out of town, going to shows or doing anything that involves seeing her friends and family. If she's not at any of those places, you can find her on her couch watching Friends or The Office.

Jessica is a Senior Director stylist at Alba Salon & Spa and in charge of our hair department. She has a deep background in hair, makeup and nails and loves a good challenge. She loves being innovative and creating unique & personalized color & cuts for her clients.
Jessie Boeffemmyer is a 2015 Paul Mitchell grad with 9 years of knowledge in the beauty industry. Finding her way through this career has filled her books with many learning experiences and influential people. She is busy behind the chair doing balayage, men's cuts, lived-in-colors, and bridal/formal styles.
Kolbe knew from the beginning she was meant to be in the cosmetology world. She has always been very artistic so naturally doing hair and makeup came easy to her. She loves that she can talk to her clients like they are friends and be a comforting space for them.
A Cincinnati native, Lauren made her Alba debut in 2020 assisting & learning from owner Sarah and later transitioning into a stylist role. She is excited and humbled to work with some of the talented stylists who have styled and colored her hair for years. While her stylist journey may have started in bathrooms and kitchens, styling her friends' hair for school dances & weddings, she attended Aveda Frederic's Institute in West Chester, Ohio. Here she fell in love with hand painted lived in highlights and bridal hair. This talent and love translated seamlessly to her own chair, where you'll find her enthusiastically chatting about reality TV, celebrities, and pop music.
Lauren graduated from the assisting program at Alba and we cannot wait to see her grow. Over the past few years she has fallen in love with hand painted highlights and bridal hair.
Lucy Milazzo has always loved helping people feel their most beautiful while also making sure they are comfortable. She graduated from Aveda spring of 2022, and absolutely loves blonding services as well as makeup looks. Outside of work, she love trying out new restaurants in Cincinnati with friends and going to cool vintage and thrift shops.
M adison's love and passion for the industry started at such a young age. From braiding the hair on her dolls to doing all her friend's hair and makeup for school dances, she knew that cosmetology was her calling. Madison had the opportunity to go to the Aveda Fredric's Institute and graduated in February 2021. She's passionate about doing any form of blonding especially balayage as well as bridal hair. Her goal as a stylist is to make sure everyone who sits in her chair is relaxed and feels beautiful with their new hair. When not at work, you can always find Madison with my friends and family.
M egan graduated from the cosmetology program at Aveda Fredric's Institute in 2013. She's been with Alba since summer of 2016 but started focusing on nails last year. Nail art of all kinds is her favorite thing to do, especially with bright colors. She enjoys the artistry and creativity of the industry and loves helping people come out of their shells and have some fun with their nails.
Megan is one of our many talented nail technicians. She loves nail art of any kind but especially with bright colors.
S tarting at a young age, Rebecca knew the beauty industry was the right career path for her. Whether it was braiding/blow drying her siblings hair or gluing on fake nail tips, she knew that this was her calling. When she got the opportunity to study cosmetology in high school it was a quick and easy decision. She started her path through the Scarlet Oaks Career Development Center and became a licensed cosmetologist in 2015. Rebecca started at her first salon shortly after graduation and spent the following three years there. Not knowing exactly what path she would take, she pursued hair for two years before finding her love as a nail technician. She found her best fit when she started at ALBA in 2018. Rebecca has learned that it's not just a job but also about creating relationships and building people's confidence. The best part of Rebecca's job is being able to make people feel beautiful.
Rebecca started in the cosmetology industry back in 2015 and learned quickly about her love for nails. Since specializing as a nail technician she has flourished. She loves to build relationships with her clients and can't wait to meet you.
Sarah is one of the founding members of Alba Salon & Spa and became one of the owners in 2021. She has over 10 years in the industry and her expertise lies in bridal/formal hair, blondes, fine hair and men's cuts. In 2019, she became 1 of only 364 Kevin Murphy Session Salon Stylists.
Staci is an Aveda graduate with over 6 years of experience. Through her school she instantly fell in love with color theory and everything having to do with this industry. She loves to create lived-in-color, natural looking blondes and brunettes with rich dimension and will always live for the perfect beach wave. Her favorite part of being in the industry is the relationship she gets to build with her clients.
S ydney started her hair journey in 2016 at the Aveda Fredric's Institute. Having an older sister that was already in the industry inspired Sydney in her career choice. Personally connecting, making people smile and making friends are just a few reasons why Sydney enjoys her job so much. She is outstanding at listening and consulting with clients to help them find a style that makes them the happiest. When not at work, Sydney loves being a dog mom to her 2 Corgi pups, Poncho and Tangy.
Sydney started her career in 2016 after years of watching her older sister, Jessica, thrive. She loves helping people find the perfect color & cut for their lifestyle.
Taylor knew from the beginning of her career that she wanted to take care of people's skin care needs. On top of what she offers in the spa, she has recently found a love for eyelash extensions and specializes in classic, hybrid and volume lash installs.
We are a group of passionate, experienced, and people-oriented beauty professionals. Over the past 10+ years, we have evolved, reinvented, and transformed ourselves over and over to ensure that we provide the best possible environment to our clients AND our people.
