ALOC

ALOC is involved in a range of activities of interest to its members including collective bargaining, member advocacy, educational events and the promotion of equity in the workplace. ALOC also responds to member inquiries and works with management on a host of issues such as job competitions, pensions, the merit / pay for performance scheme and the interpretation of the Collective Agreement.
