Has been in the accounting profession more than twenty years. In the course of his career, Ayoub developed proficiency in Taxation, Business Consulting and Accounting servicing clients in various industries such as information technology, construction, retail, manufacturing, wholesale, trucking and consumer services. He gained his professional experience by working in manufacturing, retail as well as local accounting firms. Ayoub's commitment to excellence in the field of accounting goes beyond his practice. He is an active participant in professional development programs through The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario. He has been a national marker at CMA - Canada.

Also holds a university degree M.A. Economics and a B.Comm. His 22 years professional career includes working at Maple Leaf Foods and Canada Bread where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, budgeting and management accounting in manufacturing environment. He also worked with Chartered Accounting (Public Accounting) firms for more than 4 years where he has been handling corporate tax for small businesses and doing Audit/Reviews for medium sized companies. Hassan's solid knowledge of Taxation, Financial Analysis and Management Accounting is always appreciated by his clients - including retailers, professional practitioners, consultants, franchisees and owner operated businesses. Hassan has a passion to serve community, he had the honour to establish and run not for profit organizations in the past. After completing university education he did some projects with International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, UNDP and led a Common Wealth funded Pak-England Youth Exchange Programme.

MBA is also a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA)and has over 15 years for experience in the Banking, Financial & Accounting Services. During the past 10 years, h has been involved in the Tax and Accounting industry in Canada. he has worked in Accounting firms in Belleville & Toronto, where he has gained valuable experience in catering to the needs of small to mid-size businesses. He is a Commerce graduate, Masters of Business Administration MBA from Glasgow, Scotland, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Colorado, USA. He has also worked in the Scotland, England, where he has got international exposure working with variety of clients.
