With over 20 years of experience in diverse manufacturing backgrounds, Cary has the ability to help find both business and technical solutions for our customers. The majority of his career has been in casting and machining businesses in Engineering and Sales roles. His past exposure to various market segments from Automotive and On Highway trucks to Recreational and Commercial applications allows Cary to be extremely effective in his role. He is a technical minded sales professional that truly understands customer issues and requirements. He works closely with the customer's Engineering teams to develop solutions to their casting needs. Cary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University in Industrial Technologies.
With over 15 years of financial leadership in manufacturing settings, Heather has the knowledge and experience to help drive strong financial performance in our organization. Heather has a keen eye for the finest of details as well as the greatest of opportunities. Her ability to blend her accounting knowledge and her manufacturing experience is instrumental in creating solutions that benefit both our organization and our customers. Heather holds the CMA and has a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. When not at work, Heather's love for adventure has her enjoying the sun and wind in her face while riding her Harley, UTV, and other outdoor recreational activities.
Jeff joined ATEK Metal Technologies in 2020. After graduating with his degree in Mechanical Engineering he has held a variety of leadership roles in production, new product introduction, quality, and continuous improvement. Jeff's focus is on providing our customers solutions to their specific requirements. His team is responsible for developing robust, repeatable, and linked processes that generate the highest quality with the best value possible for each solution. When Jeff's not at work he enjoys traveling, bicycling, kayaking, and spending time with his twin daughters.
As one of the founding employees of the ATEK Metal Technologies' team, Joel has been instrumental in developing a successful organization dating back before the plant even began producing parts. With a strong technical background, keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities, and an ability to develop strong relationships with our customers and employees, Joel does a tremendous job of driving top notch performance in our casting operation. In a business environment that requires strong commitment to safety and quality, ability to quickly adapt to operational needs and changes, and provide excellent business results on a daily basis, Joel succeeds by empowering his people and surrounding himself with an excellent operations and maintenance team. When Joel is away from work, he can be found enjoying time with his family in the great outdoors or sporting events.
Scott joined ATEK Metal Technologies in New Hampton Iowa in 2021 and is responsible for leading the company's performance and growth. Prior to joining ATEK, Scott's spent 27 years holding leadership positions in automotive, metal forming, manufacturing operations across the US. Scott has a passion for people development and believes, "our people are the key to our success in serving our customers with exceptional quality products, on time." Throughout his career, Scott has focused on creating partnerships with suppliers and customers to provide solutions that create value across the supply chain. Scott served in the US Navy and takes an active role in returning service members to the civilian workforce. When he's not engaged in these activities, chances are you'll find Scott enjoying time with his family.
