I had an accident June 23 of 2019 and I was treated with respect and kindness.Monge & Associates could not get me all that I was entitled to because I didn't have the coverage that I thought I had. I had asked for uninsured motorist for extra coverage but was given uninsured motorist reduced which I had never heard of.So the silver lining to my story is without that accident I never would've known that I was paying for this type of coverage. I appreciated the time Donna took to talk to me for 45 minutes and than another 45 minutes when my spouse came home to explain and talk to him about everything she already spoke to me about. I loved how she made me feel very confident in the firm and made me feel as though everything was going to be ok. My previous lawyer made me feel confident the first day and afterwards pretty much stopped communicating and was very unsure of his self and his abilities which lead me to seek other forms and I am so glad I found Monge and associates.
