In 1995, while Bill was practicing with an Austin law firm, he and Kathleen moved to Wimberley in Hays County where they enjoy the Hill Country life and Bill continues his active law practice. Bill has served as a Director of the Wimberley Lions Club, on the City of Wimberley Board of Adjustment and as Chancellor of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and School. Son, Scott Cline, is a San Antonio attorney, and daughter, Cathy Carolan, is a retired Wimberley school teacher... Bill's many years of advising, counseling and planning have proven to be invaluable to his clients.
