BIRCH LEDGE

Birch Ledge LLC, formed in the summer of 2006 by Saul & Sari Lindauer, both veteran educators, is located in Hollis, Maine. The setting for the LLC is a barn-like structure on their 11-acre homestead which has been painstakingly under construction for the past 9 years. This 20X28, rustic/elegant structure has a completed classroom in the daylight basement, a completed main floor with kitchen and bath, a half loft accessed by a spiral staircase, and a 8X8 cupola perched on top.
