brings over 18 years of culinary expertise to Bistro 933. Chef Jesse grew up in a culinary household with his father being a very well-known Chef in the South Bend community. It was instilled in him at a young age a love of the culinary arts. Chef Jesse started his career at the South Bend Country Club and has gained experience from The University of Notre Dame, Palais Royale, as well as the Century Center. Chef Jesse has been at Bistro 933, Hilton Garden Inn, and Gillespie Conference and Special Event Center since 2011. He participates in many charity events along with Chef Joshua including March of Dimes Signature Chef's Auction and Unity Gardens. Chef Jesse holds the honor of winning Holladay Properties Annual Chili Cook-Off for two years in a row.
