I am Cathy's oldest daughter, Courtney, and I have been her food guinea pig for years. I have been married for over 10 years and am the proud mother of the 2 beautiful granddaughters mentioned above. My family and I have been the lucky ones to receive my mom's yummy cooking on a regular basis and now my 2 girls are even getting spoiled by it. Growing up in a large and lively family, we always had fun get-togethers that involved a lot of food. My mom was always the main cook and always the organizer.
