Adam Simmons, a native Texan, graduated from Klein High School in 1996 and went on to graduate from what is now Texas State University in 2000, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. After living in Austin for six years after graduation he and his wife, Tiffany, decided to move closer to family to raise theirs. They moved to Montgomery in June of 2006. Adam, having been in the home finance industry since 2003, started Crystal Clear Mortgage with business partner Bryan Ward in 2008. Together they have helped, literally, thousands of people with their goals of home ownership in Montgomery County and the great State of Texas. It is the mission of Crystal Clear Mortgage to give back to the community that has given so much to them. Crystal Clear Mortgage is a proud sponsor of numerous charity/local events including the Montgomery County Rodeo and Cookoff, numerous Montgomery Independent School District events, MISD Golf/cheer/football programs, and many other events. Adam also serves proudly as a Trustee on the Montgomery ISD School Board and is dedicated to insuring MISD is a great place to raise and educate our youth. When not working Adam enjoys the occasional round of golf, traveling, and attending car shows with his kids. I am one of the co-owners of Crystal Clear Mortgage. Adam Simmons and I co-founded our company in 2008 with the primary goal to make home financing as "Crystal Clear" as possible. When he started originating loans in 2002, Bryan Ward discovered that many homebuyers and homeowners were confused and uncertain about the home loan and refinancing process. Bryan felt that with a friendly, guiding approach, he could help make home financing as "crystal clear" as possible. So, in 2008, he founded Crystal Clear Mortgage with Adam Simmons, and together, they seek to do exactly that. After 10+ years of corporate life, I made the transition to real estate back in 2014. It has been quite the adventure helping people accomplish their dreams of homeownership. Whether that dream is purchasing your first home or your forever home, I will work hard to make sure your loan closes on time and correctly. My husband, our two kids, and I are happy to call Montgomery our home. When I am not at the office, you can find me doing CrossFit, leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop, and cheering on my kids from the sidelines. I also love traveling and seeing the world. I have 4 states left before I can say I have been to all 50!

I have more than 20 years' experience in banking and finance and I still enjoy helping clients by making their home buying experience a positive one. I'm a native of Conroe and attended Conroe High, class of 1990. I am a wife and mother of 2 teenage boys. My husband and I are active members in our church and leaders of the Youth Group which includes fundraising & service projects from serving in the Salvation Army soup kitchen to annual mission trips to rebuild communities devastated by disasters. I believe that our children are our future and that I must be a positive role model to, not only my own children, but to everyone. Eric is a Senior Mortgage Originator with Crystal Clear Mortgage. He has over 27-year mortgage related experience, including delegated underwriting authority with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Eric is a valuable team member and Senior Partner with "The Bailey Team" here at Crystal Clear Mortgage. He works hand in hand with Brad Bailey and Dorothy Wenker. When not originating loans, Eric likes to spend his time watching and attending sporting events as an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast. Eric graduated from Stephen F Austin in 1985. He has been married to his wife Beth for 28 years. He has two children, Sydney, a School Teacher and Nicholas, A Sophomore at Montgomery High School.

His experiences as a healthcare executive taught him that the key to success is identifying and providing the right tools and environment for his peers and customers to thrive. He was responsible for building lifelong relationships with providers and patients, helping foster the perfect environment for their practice, and equipping them with the right tools to be successful. Providing this setting is his talent, doing so as a mortgage loan originator who services home buyers, is his passion. With his wife, Shalinda, and two sons, Jake and Beau, they enjoy traveling, exploring Austin parks, live music, sports, cooking, and projects around the house. They typically can be found hosting game nights and dinner parties for friends and family. Sandra James has been part of the Crystal Clear Mortgage team for over 10 years! Her career in the mortgage industry started in 2003. She is the head of processing for Crystal Clear Mortgage and has been in that position for the last 7 years. If you work with Crystal Clear Mortgage for your new mortgage, Sandra will be an integral part of making sure your loan gets to closing. Sandra is happily married and is the proud mother of two children. While not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her oldest child who recently went off to college! There's not a loan here that this mortgage veteran doesn't touch. As Head of Processing, Sandra helps make sure your loan gets to closing smoothly.
