Hello, my name is Mrs Peattie. I am now in my third year of working at Brooke Hill. I have worked in EYFS and Key Stage 1. I am also a qualified nurse and this was my previous career before having children. I have a son and a step-daughter. I really enjoy working with young children and helping them to progress and reach their potential. I would describe myself as a very caring and nurturing person and love to be part of a team at work.
I adore travel and am lucky enough to have been to some incredible places including Australia, New Zealand, USA and many parts of Europe. I also love to cook and bake as well as skiing, gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends. I love walking and being out in the fresh air generally.
I am looking forward to all we will achieve with the children this year in Pre-School and getting to know everyone.

My name is Mrs Gray and I have worked at Brooke Hill Academy for the past ten years. Over the past two years I have been working at Edith Weston and South Witham, the other two schools in our MAT. I have now returned to Brooke Hill to join you in Olive Class as an EYFS practitioner in a supportive role. I have been a teacher for over twenty years specialising in the Early Years and Key Stage 1.
I live with my family and have four children. We love to have lots of animals including dogs, cats, hens and a guinea pig. We are kept very busy! Nature and gardening are also very important to me.
I studied Art at university before training as a teacher. I like all forms of art especially colour, shape and texture. I enjoy painting, drawing, printing, textiles, weaving, ceramics and visiting galleries. In my spare time I love to make things! I am really looking forward to the year ahead and being part of the Pre-School team.

Hello everyone! I have been a teacher at Brooke Hill Academy for 18 years and have worked in lots of different year groups. However, I have spent the last 5 years teaching in the Reception class and Early Years really is my passion so I am very excited to be in Pre-School this year. I am an enthusiastic and caring teacher and will always be around for a chat if you need me. My aim is to ensure everyone in Olive Class has the best possible start to their learning journey. I can't wait to get to know all of our lovely families.
When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have two children aged 10 and 6 who keep me very busy! I love to travel and explore new places and I also enjoy reading; there is nothing better than curling up with a great book! Another one of my favourite pastimes is going to see musical theatre.
I am so excited for the year ahead and for lots of fun times in Olive Class!
