One of the benefits of living at Buffalo Shores South is the Property Owners Association, formed in 2006 to help keep the neighborhood a special place to live. Our goals are to help ensure an attractive and safe community, protect all our property values, and enhance the quality of life for all residents... The Buffalo Shores Recreation Club (BSRC) is a distinct and separate organization from the Property Owners Association, with a different mission, goals, and activities... The Buffalo Shores South Architectural Committee is designed to help maintain the attractiveness of structures in the Buffalo Shores South subdivision. The committee assists property owners contemplating major additions as well as contractors building new homes in the development. The committee provides guidance on the covenant requirements for new construction and additions in Units 1 through 7, with the exception of Unit 4 Extended, which declined to elect an Architectural Committee.
