Andrea Clibborn

Andrea offers her clients a wide breadth of real estate skills. With over 20 years' experience, Andrea guides clients with residential sales, but also with equestrian property, acreage, development property, and home renovations. Andrea Clibborn enjoys integrating her passion for real estate with her knowledge of home construction. Whether a client is a first time homebuyer looking for a good starter home to invest in, or a seasoned investor looking for the best possible return, Andrea can offer insight into a specific home's potential beyond the market data. Andrea enjoys helping sellers by using her eye for renovations and presentation to maximize the market appeal of every home offered for sale. Beginning with her years in residential construction and land development, Andrea gained knowledge of the construction and land use processes. Andrea's experience ranges from contracting her family's custom home, working for a general contractor building new construction homes, developing city lots in various jurisdictions, developing country lots served by septic systems, and remodeling older homes. As a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, Andrea has provided honest representation for both home buyers and sellers in all types of market conditions. Additionally, as a lifelong equestrian and farm owner, Andrea is uniquely qualified to assist in buying and selling equestrian homes and land. Andrea strives to design every home transaction around the custom needs of her individual clients. She enjoys using her diverse knowledge and resources to approach each purchase or sale with the goal of meeting the client's every need during the process. Andrea strongly feels that ethics are of utmost importance in caring for her real estate clients and approaches every home sale as if it were taking care of her own family. Giving back to the community is important to Andrea, who is active in school PTA, as well as Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts with her two children. This desire to give back to the community and to use her knowledge to help not just seniors but all real estate buyers and sellers was what ultimately led her to join the team at SASH Realty and SASH Senior Home Sale Services. Andrea graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelors of Science degree. In her spare time she enjoys adventures with her family, working with horses and personal construction projects. Andrea provided outstanding service to her clients, managing multiple offers on their home to sell it at $125,000 over the asking price. Andrea made this home sale so easy for me. Brandon Tuttle came to SASH having an extensive background in customer service and hospitality, together with a lifelong passion for real estate and homeownership. Saving up from a serving job he held at a mom and pop restaurant from the age of 16, he purchased his first home at the young age of 20 and has never looked back. Brandon's vast experience in both small business hospitality and luxury international branded hotels gives him the range and passion to help every client from starter homes to urban condos to large estates. A native Washingtonian, Brandon has lived in Snohomish County for his entire life, graduating from Cascade High School in Everett and the Art Institute in Seattle. He is proud of his Washington roots and is thrilled to work in the neighborhoods that are near and dear to his heart.
