Attorney Berdon

Attorney Berdon is a 1988 graduate of Duke University (B.A.) and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut in 1991. Attorney Berdon is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and is admitted to the United States District Court for the State of Connecticut. He is a member of the American, Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations, the Connecticut and American Trial Lawyer Associations and the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys.

Attorney Margolis

Attorney Margolis has been involved in general practice representing clients in a varied spectrum of legal matters. Attorney Margolis has counseled clients in individual and business transactions. Further, Attorney Margolis represents clients including individuals closely held in general corporate business, in connection with personal business litigation in the courts of the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut. Attorney Margolis is a 1975 graduate of Brandeis University and received his law degree, a Juris Doctorate, from the University of Connecticut in 1978. In connection with earning both the college and law degrees, Attorney Margolis received the honors of cum laude designation from each institution. Attorney Margolis is a member of local and state bar associations, as well as The Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and has been a member of the Commercial Law League in the past.

David J. Baker

Attorney David J. Baker is a lifelong Connecticut resident. He attended high school at the Fairfield College Preparatory School in Fairfield, CT, and then graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut, from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1985. Attorney Baker subsequently graduated from the Quinnipiac University School of Law (formerly known as the University of Bridgeport School of Law), attaining his Juris Doctor Degree in 1991. He was a member of the Law Review and was one of only two students in his class to have both of his student articles selected for publication in the Law Review. He also served as a member of the Law Review Editorial Board during his final year of law school. Attorney Baker was also the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Legal Skills. Attorney Baker has been actively engaged in general litigation practice in the State of Connecticut since 1992. He also has been licensed to practice law in the State of New York since 1992, and in the Mohegan Sun Gaming Disputes Court since 1999. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Attorney Baker concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury, foreclosure and real estate litigation, and commercial and complex litigation. He has successfully pursued and defended many slip and fall and motor vehicle accident cases, including several cases that were designated complex litigation matters. He has also represented injured persons and achieved many favorable settlements on their behalf. He is a passionate and lifelong fan and supporter of the New York Yankees and the University of Connecticut men's and women's basketball teams. He is a resident of the Momauguin section of East Haven and enjoys taking bike rides and walks on the beach, travelling, reading, gardening, and swimming.
