Greg Morris

Greg has worked in various roles in the building restoration industry since graduation from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Engineering and Management. He first worked as a building science consultant, reviewing buildings, writing reports, creating specifications and drawings and administering contracts. Since then he has moved to the Contracting side of building restoration. Greg works hand in hand with building owners and the industries best building science consultants to deliver high quality building restoration projects time and again. In 2019, Greg joined Cabcon as a partner with Sean, working together to serve our employees and clients with integrity. Away from work, Greg and his wife Shannon are busy with four children. He also enjoys wood working, playing golf and volunteering at his local church and children's school.

Ryan Cowley

Job Titles:

Ryan is a valuable member of the Cabcon team, and provides experience and leadership in employee safety, jobsite safety and training. His proactive, no compromise attitude gives him a great skill set when creating and implementing project specific health and safety plans, training programs and jobsite inspections. Previously, Ryan has worked as a building restoration foreman and technician and uses this previous knowledge for internal training on the different repair methods. Away from work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife Kim and their child. He's also proud of his prolific musical abilities and regularly entertains friends and family with his guitar playing.

Sean Montemurro - Founder, President

Sean is the founder and President of Cabcon, His entrepreneurial spirit has grown Cabcon from its humble beginnings in 2007 to a prominent restoration contractor west of the GTA. Having previously worked as a restoration technician and restoration project manager, Sean provides well rounded experience in proactively seeing and resolving challenges on site and in the office. His practical knowledge is invaluable as he executes projects, giving him a thorough understanding of projects through their life cycle. Sean's strong communication with building owners and consultants provides for honest, open and efficient project management. He serves his employees and clients with pride and integrity, building lasting relationships. Outside the office Sean enjoys time with his wife Natasha and his two children, often found cheering on his kids at the local arena.
