Jim Fink

Email Jim with any questions you may have about wine or our wine selection. Jim is a Certified Sommelier. He has been recognized for his wine programs in both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast among other publications. Jim is a Certified Sommelier and is currently preparing for the Advanced Exam with the goal of someday achieving the title of Master Sommelier. He has won national recognition for his wine programs in both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast for several years. Additionally, he has been featured both on a local level in Cleveland Magazine, and nationally in Food & Wine Magazine for his service style on the floor and his philosophy on running successful beverage programs. At Bistro 83, he has developed a wine program that is centered around the guests. Our pricing strategy provides each guest the opportunity to enjoy bottles of wine that traditionally may not have been possible in other establishments.
