I was a Scrum Master for a business team and worked closely with product to help prioritize new features as well as ensure the team had everything needed to deliver on time. I frequently engaged with customers and stakeholders for feedback on projects in development and to help deliver new features... I managed client sites and digital assets, maintained application support for desktop, mobile, and legacy browsers, and provided engineering support for new and ongoing projects. I onboarded clients to our consumer platform and frequently engaged directly with our customers to receive feedback... I worked with a small team of designers to create and manage digital content for online products sold at FetchDog.com. I helped design and schedule promotional email campaigns and assisted in digital marketing of our products. FetchDog closed in 2012, transitioning ownership to In The Company Of Dogs.
