Angela joined C&A at the beginning of 2024 as a Payroll Coordinator. In this role she serves her clients by processing payrolls timely and accurately while also assisting department leadership with special projects. Angela thrives in a team environment and is always willing to lend a hand during new client implementations. She also has an eagerness to grow her payroll knowledge and skillset so that she can continue to learn and manage complex payroll groups. Outside of work, she loves going to comedy shows and plays an excessive amount of tabletop games with friends.

Cameron is a licensed insurance broker and experienced payroll advisor that helps small businesses leverage technology to integrate benefits and payroll administration. Along with Jason King, he is the second generation of the family business.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys working on his golf game and spending time with his wife, Nicolette, and pup, Nova.

Chad is a Benefits Coordinator with C&A. He manages small to mid-size group and self-funded insurance clients. He is well versed in COBRA, FSA and HRA administration, while conducting benefit audits and open enrollments. Chad develops close relationships with his clients and has great communication skills that come from his experience in operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball and volleyball as well as coaching baseball and conducting individual batting lessons. He ends his days going home to his sweet puppy Sage.
Christina has over 18 years of insurance experience, specializing in Employee Benefits. After working with some larger agencies in central Ohio, Christina founded C&A Benefits Group in early 2009 to better assist organizations. Soon after, she added C&A Business Services to provide payroll, human resource support and other services to make it easier for companies to operate more efficiently. In her elusive downtime,
Christina enjoys walks with C&A's Chief Morale Officer and unwinding with a good book on a beach.

Dixie is a natural born leader who works with all dogs to ensure responsibilities are carried out daily. She herds her co workers, travels on lunch runs and sits in on weekly staff meetings. Always a team player, she raises group morale through costumes and playing outside.
She prefers to oversee tasks from her favorite couch and her favorite time of day is lunch.

Jason King comes to C & A with over six years of professional selling and client relations experience. Prior to that, he was a professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers System. He holds a degree in Marketing from Kansas State University and along with Cameron Briggs, is the second generation of the family-owned business.

Jeff joined C&A in 2014 with over 30 years of experience in operational, legal and financial issues as a CPA and CFO. In his previous life, Jeff was an integral member of the NCT Ventures management team, co-founder of SubmitOrder.com and held several positions in finance and operations with Red Roof Inns and Digital Storage Inc. Jeff brings his extensive experience in big business and the venture capitalist world to small business owners, executives and entrepreneurs.
Jeff's passions in life include baseball. He formerly set 4 Ohio State University records and later went to play in the Yankee organization. Jeff now gets his sports fix by playing golf at any opportunity.
Jeffrey is a Benefits Consultant that has successfully helped employers with strategies to meet ever changing trends and the rising cost of offering employee benefits for more than 20 years. He has navigated many satisfied clients through the C&A Benefits Group's "One Source Solution". - helping them reduce the time and labor costs associated with Benefits Administration, Payroll and HR Compliance through total integration. Additionally, Jeffrey helps clients with the insurance solutions for key person, buy-sell arrangements, business continuation, and other executive and family life insurance and disability income protection needs.
Jules has extensive experience in benefits administration, human resources, and corporate environments specializing in small to mid-size organizations in various industries. Her broad range of experience includes employee benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition and management. She has proven track record of developing professional relationships throughout all organizational levels which has resulted in positive client relations.
Jules is licensed with the Department of Insurance and holds a degree in Computer Programming. In her spare time, Jules enjoys traveling, reading a good book and spending time with family.

Julie comes to C&A with 16 years' experience in the hospitality industry where she worked her way from desk clerk to general manager. Payroll was one of her main duties so she made a career switch to payroll processor nine years ago. She has helped numerous clients grow and manage their payrolls processes since. Julie is detailed oriented and continues to learn by studying for the Certified Payroll Professional exam.
Outside of work, she has three adult children that she is very close to and four cats. Rescuing pets is something she has always done.

Katelyn Arnoff is a Benefits Specialist at C&A Benefits Group where she serves her clients by assisting them with the administration of their employee benefits programs. In addition Katelyn assists in the creation and management of Employee Navigator. Prior to C&A Katelyn was a middle school math teacher. Her desire to serve and her passion for problem solving make her a key asset to C&A's Benefits Administration team.
In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys going on a hiking adventure, and spending time with family and friends.
Linda has many years of experience in benefits, payroll, Human Resources, and talent acquisition for small to mid-sized businesses. Linda has great communication skills and works well with her team and clients. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Social Work.
Her favorite thing is spending time with her family and many pets. However, Linda loves going to watch sports live and even from the comfort of her couch.

Lydia has been in the healthcare industry for 15+ years, in various capacities. Her free time is spent with her husband, Josh and three kids, Karsen, Kooper and Kensie. They are very involved in all their kids' activities, including soccer, basketball, softball, cheer and marching band - loving every minute.
Nova is new to the C&A team, and has excelled quickly as a fast learner. She routinely sits in on webinars, conference calls, and team meetings. She completes daily inspection of wires under desks and ensures that all employees take proper breaks.
She also has an open door policy, preferring to make herself available to the team at anytime rather than sit behind a desk.
Paige Joined C&A in 2020 after Graduating from Kenton High School in Kenton, Ohio. Paige Started her career as a Payroll Coordinator assisting the senior levels of the C&A Payroll Department. In 2021 Paige began the day-to-day management of her own payroll accounts. As her knowledge and payroll processing skills have advanced, Paige was able to be promoted to her current role of Payroll Specialist. She now independently handles complex multi-state payrolls for C&A clients around the country.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places and achieving goals related to her own personal growth. She frequently spends time with her close friends and family.

Ty is a Medicare and individual health insurance expert, with over 15 years of experience in these markets. He has saved employer groups over $9,525,786 in
premium dollars by moving employees to Medicare. He excels at making the complex understandable. Ty provides in person one-on-one, Zoom (with video on demand capabilities) and large seminar format sessions.
Ty has a master's degree in teaching and lived abroad for over six years teaching at top science and tech universities in the Far East and in South-East Asia.
His passions are his wife and son and working with anti-human trafficking efforts.
