John and Dai Min Milligan-Whyte founded and are the Chairman and President of the America China Partnership Foundation in New York and the related Center for America-China Partnership in Beijing, in 2007. The both develped the websites www.AmericaChinaPartnershipFoundation.org in 2009 and www.ChinaSmartmagaine.com in 2010 to create a platform for the research and publications needed to explain why and how to align the economic growth and national security of America and China, the world's two largest economies based on the Principles of Peaceful Coexistence. The Foundation's research, and publications provide insights that previously were not available in US foreign policy making and business strategy research and publications.
