DENTISTRY OF CHAGRIN - Key Persons
Dr. Megan Shiga has been the practicing owner at Dentistry of Chagrin since 2008. Dr. Shiga received her Bachelor of Science degree at John Carroll University graduating top of her class of the Biology majors in 2003. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2007and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Shiga is a member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and American Dental Association. She has served on multiple subcommittees and the delegation for the ODA and is a past president of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Foundation. She has also served on the GCDS Board of Trustees. Dr. Shiga regularly volunteers for Medworks Dental Clinic. She also volunteers at her children's school and The Westside Catholic Center. She has extensive experience with composite restorations, same day crowns and bridges, veneers, and treating children. She also enjoys straightening teeth with clear aligner therapy. Dr. Shiga enjoys staying up to date with the latest technology. Dr. Shiga was born and raised in the Cleveland area. She resides in Shaker Heights with her husband John and three daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, attending her children's sporting events, and reading a good book.
