Mike Slowe Based in Harlow, Essex and I have been a trustee for the Charmborough ring for some four years and accompanied it to various events. I also have had the pleasure of demonstrating it to new ringers. I have been ringing for 33 years had a three year tenure as Master of the North West District of the Essex Association... The Mobile Belfries Trust operates two mobile belfries the Charmborough Ring and the Touring Tower to take the historc art of change-ring out of the tower and engage with members of the public.
