CHIROS CARE

Chiros Care is a grass roots volunteeer organization whose mission is to save lives and reduce suffering by aiding in early diagnosis of skin cancers and to help fund current research into skin cancer cures while helping fund care initiatives for those living with skin cancer treatments... Chiros Care is a new charitable organization, entirely staffed by volunteers, whose function is to further knowledge about melanoma among Canadian Chiropractors. This charity is the brain child of Tyler Damen, a chiropractic student who faced a personal battle with melanoma throughout 2006-2007. Following his triumph over melanoma, he recognized that there is an extraordinary opportunity among chiropractors to aid in the early recognition of cancerous skin cells. As a student at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he has witnessed first hand the dedication and caring that exists within the profession and so in beginning his charity, he knew he was reaching out to a group of dedicated..
