As Senior Analytics Optimization Consultant at Blast Analytics, Alex works on A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and analytics strategies and implementations for a variety of clients across different industries. Alex enjoys using insights from analytics data to design solutions that yield positive, impactful results for Blast clients and their users. With a strong background in analytics strategy and implementation - particularly with Google Analytics - Alex has continuously learned new skills. He currently focuses on optimization and helping design and run A/B tests and personalization campaigns for Blast clients. To support these efforts, Alex has developed expertise with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Tealium AudienceStream, as CDPs can solve a lot of data problems and create exciting new opportunities for Blast clients. Alex earned a BA in Economics from the University of Exeter. He began his career in publishing and, while working in London, began learning analytics while engaging with digital projects. After moving to Washington DC and then Los Angeles, Alex returned to the south coast of England, as one of Blast's international teammates.

As Director, Strategic Solutions for Blast Analytics & Marketing, Alexei takes initiative to build efficient and scalable processes for achieving repeatable, successful results for both Blast and its clients. Another key addition to the company in 2015, Alexei specializes in creating actionable plans and executing on complex, business-critical projects. Alexei has more than 20 years of experience leading various technical, engineering, and marketing roles. This spans project management, product management, development, implementation, integration, and optimization. Prior to joining Blast, he was Senior Manager of Marketing Operations for Lynda.com-LinkedIn's online learning platform-where he drove the success of the marketing technical stack by defining efficient processes and leading related engineering initiatives. Before that, he was Director of CRM and Acquisition Implementation for Blurb Alexei earned a B.A. in English & American Literature from University of California, Santa Cruz and holds Scrum Master Certification through the Scrum Alliance.

As Analytics Strategist at Blast Analytics, Anita is responsible for guiding her clients toward success by developing analytics implementation strategies and supporting their use of the tools with her deep understanding of how the technology works. Anita has more than 20 years experience in analytics, both as an analyst and in training and supporting more than 500 analytics users at McClatchy Newspapers. She's used Adobe Analytics since the Omniture days but has also worked extensively with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and Campaign, as well as Google Analytics. Prior to beginning her analytics career, Anita worked in the advertising technology space, both for McClatchy Newspapers and for Accipiter Solutions (later acquired by Atlas), an ad software company competing with DoubleClick. Anita earned her BA in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began working in the advertising field right out of college and fell in love with the internet and all the growing opportunities it afforded as the "new media." Brad has more than 5 years of experience guiding clients in implementing and reporting with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Mixpanel across various industries such as retail, automotive, travel, and healthcare. He's one of Blast's leading experts in Tealium AudienceStream Customer Data Platform (CDP), and he holds several industry certificates in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tealium AudienceStream. Brad a BA in Public Relations at BYU Idaho, where he discovered his love for digital analytics. Over the course of his education, he was given the opportunity to construct his own minor to allow him to study his passion, picking and choosing from subjects such as computer science, statistics, web development, and business development. He then became BYU Idaho's first Web Analyst and helped design the day-to-day aspects of that job - a position that has grown many times over and is still producing quality analysts to this day. Joe, who joined Blast in 2007, has nearly 20 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, and technology, offering a high-level of knowledge and guidance to clients across all industries. As a Senior Program Manager at Blast Analytics, Kim is a natural leader with the proven ability to successfully drive team performance and deliver projects on time. Kim is a Chicago transplant now living in the cornfields of West Lafayette (Indiana) in Boilermaker territory. She has nearly a decade of project management experience working with a variety of clients across a multitude of different industries. She loves working with all different types of clients and doing what she can to make everyone's jobs easier. Prior to joining Blast, as the Project Manager for Chicago's most prestigious condominium law firm, Kim directed Chicago's largest real estate deconversion projects, including River City, Heritage Village Pointe, and 1400 Lake Shore Drive, closing at $89 million, $94 million and $107 million, respectively. Before that, Kim was the Product Manager for a Chicago technology startup that specialized in digital marketing, testing, and optimization. She oversaw product launches and go-to-market strategy. She wore many different hats while the company grew from a boot-strapped startup to a fully funded firm, including head of recruitment, marketing manager, general contractor, and office party planner. Kim earned an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a BA in French from DePauw University. She also recently completed her Project Management Program (PMP) certification.
