We endeavour to help rescue and help provide emergency shelter, medical care and support for, abandoned, abused, injured, orphaned , sick or neglected birds & animals wherever they may be in the Hartlepool and surrounding area......We are devoted to the welfare and protection of all small birds and animals in the above circumstances. We do this by providing a first call emergency and first aid service. We support and advise members of the public in non-emergency situations and support and refer to other bird and animal welfare organisations who provide bespoke help and support services. We endeavour to do this through using working together practices, projects and initiatives... We help educate ALL members of the community (including those who have disabilities, special needs or learning difficulties), by offering opportunities to enhance their learning, skills and quality of life through theraputic and stimulating experience methods by interaction with small birds and animals,..
